Cancellation Policy

I require a 24-hour notice to cancel any appointments. This gives me a chance to accommodate my other guests needs and fill any vacant time slots. Guests that are 10 minutes or more late for their appointment will result in rescheduling their appointment and will be seen as a "no show" with a charge of 50% of service price. Life happens, please be respectful of other peoples time. After 3rd offense, you will be required to pay 100% of service price.
